M3-002 intake is collision-free: no existing branch/PR/owner, old merged source branch retired, canonical test/758-reconciler-lifecycle-gates reserved local/remote at exact green main, and one Sonnet source owner is active on isolated fake-systemd/tmux acceptance tests, stopping uncommitted for synthetic-tree review. No USC overlap; all live/migration/deploy/runtime/site/connector/remote authority remains held.
