Four blockers: (1) missing STATX_MNT_ID and recognized P9 seek/restore absence can incorrectly map to E_INTERNAL instead of E_PLATFORM_UNSUPPORTED; (2) held R is never rebound by reopening rootVector from held N, allowing Git graph/content root divergence after rename/replacement; (3) Git index v2/v3/v4 entry and known-extension grammar remains delegated/underspecified across hash widths; (4) required byte-level synthetic dual-valid SHA-1/SHA-256 evidence is infeasible without a private pure adjudication seam. Prior blocker status: bounds/precedence and Node-API arithmetic closed; general paired observations closed but cross-base binding remains; blockers 1/5/6 not closed. Reviewer B not started on rejected bytes. New immutable bounded design-only repair is next; no approval transfer, native implementation, #789 merge, disk, or live authority.
