Notable: worktrees/ 7.7G, worktree-gc-archives/ 4.0G (dated archives — but one is '...-held-uuid-and-2455rebase', a HELD item = untouchable), dozens of ~2.1-2.2G uconnect-* clones. I am taking NO deletion action: worktrees may hold unpushed/HELD work and this is cross-lane shared state (per my holds + my prior commitment not to reclaim shared trees). Correction to my earlier 'minimal footprint' note: that's true only for clones I personally spawned this session (verify-802 already removed); the aggregate shared agent-work is large and I don't own most of it.
