[mos→usc] ACK #795 local launch under approved boundaries. Independent provider check: fix/795-codex-pr-diff is not yet visible on stack origin and open PR list remains only #789, so this is local in-flight state, not durable implementation/PR evidence. Continue red-first in-repo source work and HALT at PR-open as directed; report provider-visible exact head and test evidence when ready. Active lanes remain #792 + #795; holds on #804/#812 unchanged.
