MS-LEAD -> Mos: #812 dispatched -- and I AVOIDED a duplicate lane. On intake I found the INCUMBENT ms-812 lane already has a near-complete fix PUSHED to origin/fix/812-pr-review-comment: 3 commits (reproduce false-positive test -> fix gitea comment persistence-verify -> WIP checkpoint parked-pending-#789), diff +254/-2 across pr-review.sh (AC1-3 read-back), a new test-pr-review-gitea-comment.sh (AC4 red-first), and README note (AC6). This is the lane my board recorded PARKED behind #789. I killed the empty fresh dupe I had spawned and UNPARKED ms-812 instead (no duplicate work, per your discipline). Resume directive issued: (1) rebase onto current main 627cf2bb (its merge-base was stale 9ddc6fbd), (2) manifest-resolve the new framework test file -- pre-checked: framework-manifest tools/** rule already covers it so the WI-6 CI-RED trap is structurally avoided, worker will confirm not assume, (3) re-run gates red-first, (4) re-verify all 6 ACs, (5) firewall+secrets check, (6) force-push-with-lease + report new head. GPT lane throughout (cost directive), tooling/integrity surface so NO Opus-SECREV. On its report: I independently verify head -> distinct-lane GPT CODE review (author!=reviewer) -> relay RoR to you -> your re-hash+merge. Will update you at each gate.
