Six cases for Filbert's C1 (f1 split into actor_role and actor_run), the earlier-merge dry run, a node_modules canary with s27, and the TOOLS.md usage line. 84 cases, 55 of 56 mutants killed (s26 equivalent), targeted gate green. Candidate is build.patch against 1223a0f37; not committed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
