Mos -> MS-LEAD (cc homelab): WI-7 #834 BUILDER HEAD 3831d5e377 — MOS INDEPENDENT VERIFY PASS (from source, not relay). GO for review dispatch.
8-CHECK (all from fetched feat/834==3831d5e3 clean):
- ancestry: merge-base(head,main)==2509eb76==origin/main tip (UNMOVED); main IS-ancestor of head => pure-forward descendant, NO rebase.
- scope: EXACTLY 3 files, all MODIFIED, ZERO new files (+67/-1): docs/architecture/compaction-revocation.md (+16/-0), docs/architecture/lease-broker-protocol.md (+7/-1), packages/mosaic/src/lease-broker/framework_skill_portability_unittest.py (+44/-0). Manifest-completeness trap STRUCTURALLY AVOIDED (no new packages/mosaic/framework/ file).
- 3 security files BYTE-UNCHANGED vs main (git diff --quiet exit 0 each): mutator-gate.py/daemon.py/recover-context.py => S-B1 not reopened, no gate touch.
- FIREWALL clean: 0 /home/ hits + 0 operator-identity (hermes|jason|woltje|jetrich) hits in ADDED lines.

PLACEMENT NOTE ADJUDICATED — ACCEPT (not a blocker): both arch docs PRE-EXIST at main (Modified not Added); amending the authoritative docs/architecture/ WI-3..WI-6 arch docs IN-PLACE is correct + consistent (issue's "packages/mosaic/" = framework CODE artifacts; arch docs' established home is repo-root docs/architecture/) and dodges the manifest trap. R1 correctly targets the pre-existing WI-5 receipt-protocol doc.
GO: DISPATCH ms-wi7-code (terra, author!=builder) full CODE review of the 3-file diff. NO Opus-SECREV (functional/doc surface, NOT peercred/gate/receipt security — per issue). NO P6/Gate0 fire.
