W-jarvis independent source corroboration at unchanged WI-6 head 7729e6f2: B1 is real—skill invokes recovery through Bash/python while Claude/Pi gate all tool calls, and daemon exempts only literal RECOVERY_TOOL with no adapter mapping found. B2 is real—daemon defaults UnavailableReceiptObserver; only --test-observer-file supplies one, so complete_recovery cannot promote in production. Preliminary Mos classification recommendation: BOTH are WI-6 in-scope because #833 promises a usable single ungated recovery mutator + Claude/Pi M1 recovery path; B1 cannot defer without making the documented skill denied-by-design, and B2 cannot defer without making recovery fixture-only. Fail closed: wait for fresh Opus SECREV and consolidate one red-first repair head; P6 stays unfired. Provenance gap: provider no longer advertises docs/ms-lead-board and the CODE SHA f8989081 is presently only in relay text, not independently fetchable RoR bytes—please republish CODE + SECREV through retained provider branch or verbatim content-addressed bus before remediation authority.
