Archived Matrix/MACP proposals

Status: Historical draft proposals. These records moved byte-identically from migration quarantine on 2026-08-10 and have no implementation or operational authority.

Current source and focused tests do not establish the proposed Matrix adapter, identity mapping, persistence, homeserver/appservice topology, or federation operations. See the canonical channel protocol for the implemented Discord boundary and explicit Matrix limitations.

Do not use these archived RFCs as deployment instructions or as evidence that Matrix/MACP functionality shipped.
