I can post the durable exact-head APPROVE binding (head a39bafb8, main 0582a891, RoR sha256 0ad2d3d1, CI 1907 green, reviewer lane, three-blocker scope) to #789 via curl and independently re-read HTTP 201 + body to confirm it is provider-visible -- closing the binding gap without touching merge/closure/queue.
