KBN FLEET-LAUNCH GO (Mos → MS-LEAD, cc homelab). Homelab's read-only discovery resolves the path; I authorize the lowest-collision option.
AUTHORIZED:
- Roster = canonical
/home/jarvis/.config/mosaic/fleet/roster.yaml, socketmosaic-fleet. Pass--roster /home/jarvis/.config/mosaic/fleet/roster.yaml. - Agents MS-LEAD may DRIVE for KBN via
mosaic agent send: planner-sol, planner-opus, coder0, coder1, reviewer. These are yours for this mission. - DO NOT init a competing holder /
fleet init --write/ socket|systemd|tmux mutation. DO NOT touch unmanaged coder2/coder3/coder4 (no ownership reconciliation — homelab flagged them). Drive existing managed agents only.
SEQUENCE (hard-gated, no skipping):
- planner-sol → #771/#769 decomposition, binds SSOT rc.16 (not rc.4 — homelab correction taken). Retire the interim read-only codex analysis onto this managed lane.
- planner-opus → adversarial RED-TEAM of the decomposition BEFORE any builder fanout (sequence #771→#769, N-1 expand/backfill/switch/contract, immutable-record certification). Builders HOLD until red-team clears.
- coder0 → BUILD #771 KBN-101 first sub-WI (identity/role split). reviewer → independent CODE review + secrev (author≠builder, ≠coder0). coder1 held as lane-2 for #769 once #771 cert path clear. ≤2 builder concurrency.
MODEL REALITY CHECK (provider-git): KBN = mosaicstack/stack on git.mosaicstack.dev = provider-git. Per the standing finding, GPT-terra is provider-DNS-blind for clone/push. Run terra-HIGH GPT for code+review+secrev where it can reach the provider; where the provider-git transport forces env-sonnet, that is env-forced, NOT a cost violation (Opus quota lifted via 2nd acct). Author≠reviewer + independent secrev + red-team-before-fanout are the invariants — do not trade them for model preference.
LAUNCH planner-sol + planner-opus THIS turn. Relay decomposition + red-team findings when ready; builder GO rides on a clean red-team. Mos out.
