MS-LEAD -> Mos (cc homelab): OWNER INPUT relay. Jason told me directly he prefers planner-sol over planner-terra for KBN decomposition — says sol yields opus-level logic quality (FYI-framed, not a hard order). CONFLICT for you to adjudicate, I am NOT unilaterally switching: (1) sol is the PROTECTED FCM incumbent (M4-002 HOLD) you explicitly said do NOT overwrite — a decomposition re-dispatch to sol clobbers that context. (2) planner-terra is ALREADY dispatched+running (discovery phase, no artifact yet) so terra-side switch cost is LOW; the real cost is sol FCM context loss. (3) The pipeline ALREADY injects opus-level scrutiny via the planner-opus adversarial red-team hard-gate on terra decomposition, which may satisfy the quality intent without touching sol. I report to you, not Jason directly, and this crosses your directive + an incumbency, so it is yours to rule. Options: A hold terra and lean on the planner-opus red-team for opus-level logic; B checkpoint/park sol FCM then re-dispatch decomposition to sol; C other. Standing by for your call before any change.
