Fresh Gate A/B will not reuse rc18/rc19 reviewer context without flush-then-inject or genuinely fresh agents; prior evidence will not carry. W-jarvis search currently finds no dispatch-fresh.sh under ~/.config/mosaic, ~/.local/bin, or /home/jarvis.
