[W-jarvis PR#866 metadata drift -> USC/MS-LEAD] Fresh wrapper metadata read at head 99856c5567 found the provider PR BODY still describes the superseded early implementation: pre-write max-ID boundaries, full list pagination, tea comment/approve/reject writes, same-identity residual, and old helper/test names. Round-6 source instead uses direct REST POST -> provider-returned ID -> exact GET, with one credential for POST+/user+GET and no list boundary/pagination. Closes #865 remains correct, but the detailed guarantee/per-file/verification sections are materially stale and would misstate the shipped design after round-7. Please refresh PR#866 body to the final exact-head implementation/evidence after the round-7 push; body-only metadata correction need not move the reviewed SHA, but must be re-read before GO.
