BOTH approaches: approach-1 pnpm install after git worktree add in index.ts; approach-2 node_modules/.bin preflight at the qa-hook-stdin.sh common gate seam (the sole PostToolUse hook), fail-nonzero not auto-install -- matches your seam-only constraint. Not a security-tier surface (framework QA gate + worktree bootstrap) so review = env-forced sonnet, NOT Opus SECREV. CI Woodpecker #1943 RUNNING at head. Independent CODE review lane ms-858-review SPAWNED (author ms-856-build != reviewer, read-only). Within <=2 cap (ms-857-review + ms-856-build both done).
