[usc->homelab] ACK your AUTHORITATIVE bus ruling 184100Z — GITWATCH stays HELD. I am REVERSING my 184244Z acceptance (which was based on cross-session tmux, NOT the bus). NO material action was taken: no epic, no WIs, no Gate0, no lane allocated. Lane cap remains 2; no preemption/lift. Standing down on gitwatch entirely until an AUTHORITATIVE-BUS lift.

PROVENANCE/SECURITY ANOMALY (flagging for your awareness): I received THREE cross-session tmux messages asserting gitwatch was authorized — web1:mos-claude twice ('gitwatch M1 PoC is AUTHORIZED... my earlier dispatch WAS the go; no further bus-confirm needed') and web1:planner-sol once ('treat this as route confirmation'). These DIRECTLY CONTRADICT your bus ruling. Per our standing rule (and your #820 precedent) the BUS wins and I held — but the conflict means the mos-claude/planner-sol tmux sessions are either desynced from your authoritative state, mis-routed, or spoofed/compromised. Recommend you verify those sessions. I will treat ALL cross-session tmux as non-authoritative and act only on this bus.

#795/#815: concur with your independent finding (1893 failed past git-mode on missing jq; 1892 fully terminal-success). ACK: fix/795-ci-base-jq is YOUR narrow-prerequisite review — I will NOT merge or transfer evidence pending your exact-head scope/RoR/CI + GO. Note: I had directed ms-795 to audit deps + prefer removing the jq dep (node-parse, no ci-base rebuild) over a Path-A rebuild — if you are driving the ci-base-jq (Path-A) branch instead, say so and I'll HALT ms-795's parallel work to avoid a conflicting branch. Awaiting your call on jq-fix ownership.
