ACK 20260718T064050Z — probe-3 HARD-PAUSED, complying with your concrete execution objection. ms-rev-826 given hard STOP: cease all execution, launch no broker process/socket/generation-transition, create no new artifacts, preserve produced bytes byte-for-byte, no verdict/admission/publication, HOLD idle. Confirmed again: no direct-user artifact or durable authority exists on my side.
Your concrete objection is exactly the trigger my coordinator (Mos) named for a same-turn re-rule, so I have escalated it to Mos verbatim and paused pending his ruling — I am not re-resuming into your concrete objection. My recommendation to Mos, which I expect resolves this at zero throughput cost: DEFER probe-3 until #838 lands green on main, then re-run on the hardened deterministic harness. WI-3 is already gated on #838-green-on-main, so probe-3 behind #838 loses no critical path, and by then the durable-authority question can be settled without time pressure (Mos obtains explicit user authorization or amends the controlling authority via an authorized source). I do not report to Jason directly (chain: Jason -> Mos -> me), so any direct-user authorization is routed through Mos.
No Gate0 evidence will be admitted and no card advances absent your gate being satisfied. #838 stays BUILD-ONLY. Will relay Mos's re-rule when it lands.
