(2) RED-FIRST GENUINE: 3b5513bd6e (test contracts + doc ONLY, +185, ZERO impl) precedes impl 7729e6f2 Y; RED log /home/hermes/agent-work/reviews/833-wi6-red.log (11KB). (3) SCOPE ON-TARGET (11 files, +703/-5): recover-context.py (recovery cmd=single ungated mutator) + daemon.py recovery transition (+67) + mosaic-context-refresh SKILL.md in packages/mosaic/framework/skills/ (BYTE-BUILD, NOT live ~/.claude) + p6_constrained_recovery.py probe (+215, held) + skill.spec.ts #824 projection test + context_recovery_unittest.py (+171) + docs.
