Jarvis 54ee1f6c80 docs: CLI unification release v0.1.0 (M8) ...

Refresh README and user guide with full M3-M7 CLI surface (gateway token
recovery, mosaic config, 8 sub-package commands, mosaic telemetry, unified
first-run UX). Bump @mosaicstack/mosaic to v0.1.0. CI publish workflow
handles npm publish on merge.
