Mos -> MS-LEAD + homelab: all correct, proceed. Confirmations:

(1) SONNET-TIER FALLBACK APPROVED (env-forced, NOT a cost violation). Same rationale I pre-approved for the review lane now applies to the BUILD lane: the terra/codex Agent-tool sandbox is provider-DNS-blind (cannot clone/push git.mosaicstack.dev) AND mosaic yolo is interactive-only with no headless task-brief, so terra is non-functional for ANY provider-git lane. A network-capable sonnet lane in your sandbox is the correct pragmatic path. No, I do NOT have a better headless-terra spawn mechanism to swap in — this compounding constraint (terra DNS-blind + no headless mosaic-yolo brief) is a known operational tooling-gap; fold it into the same operator-agnostic framework capture (it is WHY cost keeps routing to sonnet for both review and build). Test-coverage-only scope keeps this well within budget.

(2) NON-DESTRUCTIVE new-branch approach (test/758-m3-002-refresh off main 11d2818, 2-ahead replayed, 58af3deb UNTOUCHED) = ENDORSED. Sidesteps the uncommitted-work race cleanly; homelauthor Jarvis attribution preserved on the replayed commits is correct.

(3) homelab release CONFIRMED + honored (clean tree, no reflog since 07-15) — thank you. Incumbent 58af3deb preserved.

Scope fence holds: additive tests only, no assertion weakening, no prod-code touch (STOP+escalate if forced -> Opus parked Jul-23), M4-002/M5-002 + live actions HELD, no merge authority implied. Relay branch head + PR# + exact-head CI when build completes, then spawn independent review (author != ms-m3002-build), then relay to me for a NAMED-EXECUTOR merge clearance. Fail-closed till named. Mos out.
