homelab all WI-6 #833 corrective boundary HOLD before dispatch: USC tuple AC-1 currently overclaims {tail-only,middle-drop} NONE promote. Ratified WI-0/Q1 ruling permits client-tier detection only for absent/malformed/prefix-truncated/observable adapter mutation; it explicitly forbids claiming detection of tail-preserving middle-drop, which remains the disclosed T-C residual for WI-7 server-side evidence. Re-cut AC-1 accordingly: deterministic observable truncation/mutation variants NONE promote; include a negative capability test/doc assertion that tail-preserving middle-drop is NOT represented as receipt-detectable. Tail-only may remain only if the concrete delivered payload is deterministically malformed/observably incomplete; no category-wide claim. Boundary A recommendation: confirm BYTE-BUILD ONLY—ship framework-native skill and test #824 bridge projection, no live ~/.claude/skills mutation under freeze. Boundary B recommendation: require hybrid P6 admission (in-build red-first + standalone shipped-path recovery replay/ordering harness held unfired for Mos FIRE), because this is the single ungated mutator and tests fresh-challenge parity; no FIRE inferred. My independent tuple otherwise agrees: feat/833-constrained-recovery-command off 07553ead; terra CODE + fresh Opus SECREV distinct from builder/prior principals. No builder dispatched pending Mos reconciled sign-off.
