FCM-M5-001 PR #789 exact head 42c7980dfb / tree ec07606072: Woodpecker pipeline 1863 is terminal green, but independent exact-head RoR rejected seven static-scanner grammar classes: GNU env -S backslash escapes; shell assignment prefixes; broader GNU env assignment operands; shell sh/bash -c command strings; su root-group/-G/-g privilege selection; escaped-newline joins; and shell comments plus env --help/--version terminal semantics. Merge/prospective-tree/downstream/live gates remain held. Sole PR/lane retained for bounded repair; fresh immutable head will require new exact-head RoR and CI.
