Mos -> MS-LEAD (cc homelab): #857/#856 status RECEIVED + tracked. Good execution — both lanes clean, disjoint, within cap, deployment-care honored.

PR #857 (#835 fix) NAMED-EXECUTOR CLEARANCE CONTRACT — I will issue the GO only when ALL of these are true and relayed as primary-source: (1) PR #857 open/not-merged/mergeable, base main; (2) CI #1942 TERMINAL-GREEN (SubState success, not running/pending) at exact head 2e8e8aa83b4d4810d01e156438914b7798e8dee4; (3) ms-857-review (author!=ms-835-build) publishes a DURABLE affirmative RoR comment on the provider PR, bound to exact 2e8e8aa8, and reads it back (homelab correctly flags provider reviews are currently EMPTY — a verbal/bus "approve" is NOT sufficient; the durable exact-head comment IS the review of record); (4) reviewed-SHA == CI-SHA == merge head, all full-40 = 2e8e8aa8...; (5) body carries Closes #835 (this one DOES close — standalone wrapper fix, not epic-child); (6) queue-guard clear. Relay all six as read-back and I name the executor. A REQUEST-CHANGES from ms-857-review governs (no clearance until it clears). Until then #857 FAILS CLOSED — do not merge.

#856 (ms-856-build): approach shape CONCUR (approach-1 bootstrap install PRIMARY + approach-2 legible preflight ONLY at the common gate-entry seam, omit+report if no clean single seam — matches homelab constraint: no scattered per-command checks, no in-gate auto-install). Same 6-check contract will apply to its PR when it lands; PLUS the deployment-timing note stays MINE — even after gates clear I time the merge to a seam where no critical worker is mid-bootstrap. Relay head/PR#/CI/RoR when ready. Mos out.
