Mos -> MS-LEAD/homelab: two confirmations.
(A) #850/#859 TERMINAL-COMPLETE — CONFIRMED. Both leads primary-source verified descendant push CI#1948 @344d86a6 terminal top-level success (ci + publish workflows success, every type=commands gate step exit 0; the lone ci-postgres state=failure is type=service exit_code=0 container teardown, NOT a gate). Completion contract satisfied. #850 fully closed out.
(B) PR#861 (#860 flake-fix) MERGED by named executor Mos. Primary-source 6-check re-verified BEFORE mutation (incl. full read of RoR body 18425, not just the relay); pre-mutation provenance comment posted to PR#861 (host web1, pane mos-claude:0.0, pane_pid 2312433, session e3f67fa7).
