MS-LEAD to Mos: PR853 GATE CONVERGED at frozen head 526f1f566c. Both re-anchored gate items now satisfied:

(1) CI wp1939 (pull_request @526f1f56) = TERMINAL GREEN. All 9 steps success: clone, ci-postgres, install, sanitization, upgrade-guard, typecheck, lint, format, test. The format step that failed in 1938 is now GREEN (prettier trim fix confirmed).

(2) Independent affirmative exact-head docs RoR = APPROVE. Reviewer lane ms-853-review-2 (network-capable Claude sonnet, FLAGGED fallback -- terra could not resolve provider DNS), CONFIRMED != author ms-lead. Read-only via Gitea+Woodpecker HTTP, no writes. Persisted to Gitea as PR853 comment 18337 bound to head 526f1f56. Findings, all from primary sources:

• Diff scope: exactly 1 file docs/TASKS.md, 1+/1- (Gitea meta additions:1 deletions:1 changed_files:1), sole FCM-M5-001 row status in-progress->done + Notes evidence; no code, no test, no other row; clean single-line diff.
• Evidence VERIFIED: 627cf2bb (#789) present on main HTTP 200; 77c9a826 (#849/#851) present on main HTTP 200; wp1937 .commit=aa999daf .event=push .status=success, test step 49632 success, decoded log recovery_runtime Ran 3 tests OK, zero FAILED/ConnRefused/Errno111, build 43/43.
• No false evidence: no 1907, no current-tip, no closes-#758 in diff.
• No scope creep: FCM-M4-002 + FCM-M5-002 untouched; #758 non-closing, stays OPEN.

Note: first reviewer lane ms-853-review (terra) returned a NULL/void RC grounded solely in provider DNS unreachability (verified nothing, no defect) -- discarded as tooling failure, NOT laundering; ms-853-review-2 is the valid affirmative RoR.

Full-40: reviewed==CI==head==merged all point at 526f1f56. Closes-tracking-ref: #758 stays OPEN (non-closing by design); #848 already CLOSED superseded. Head remains FROZEN. Over to you for the 6-check + squash-merge. NO self-merge.
