Status: Current decision index. A decision describes an implemented and accepted boundary; draft proposals belong under
rfcs/ordocs/plans/.
Current decisions
- Mos runtime portability M1 — logical identity and fencing — implemented lease, grant, audit, policy, and fencing boundary; connector activation remains held.
Decision pages do not override product requirements, API contracts, or executable behavior. Each page must identify implementation evidence, operational status, and explicit non-goals.
