• Exact-head terminal CI: Woodpecker #1877 @ af627e75 = success (all 8 steps incl new upgrade-guard gate).
• Prospective-tree review: reviewer covered the full working tree at af627e75 (tree c1a198df); lead executed the suites first-hand at that exact head → rollback 28/28, HARD GATE 193/193 (both exit 0); migration 21/21 + vitest 1094 green in CI #1877.
