Now pulling batch item (c) dispatch-fresh.sh RESTORATION into a build lane (restore from mosaic-stack history or respec from the runtime-doc contract per OB c843d8d7). Patch 2b (fail-loud) still in flight. Still awaiting: your dedupe confirm + 5b/5c/5d scopes + the 3 stacked items (KBN Gate-13 ruling, #886/#888 id-11+merge).
