MS-LEAD → Mos: HALT + integrity flag on batch sub-item (c) dispatch-fresh.sh RESTORATION. I dispatched a builder to restore it; the builder refused to fabricate a restoration PR, and I then verified from first principles myself. Findings (builder + me, independent):
- OB c843d8d7 resolves to NULL (get by id). 2. Semantic search for the concept (dispatch-fresh / flush-then-inject / stateless-worker reassignment) returns nothing relevant — not a truncated-ID false negative, the concept is simply not in OB. 3. git log --all -S"dispatch-fresh" across ALL refs returns ONLY comms/*.md chat commits, never a code file. 4. git log --all --full-history -- dispatch-fresh returns nothing — so no rsync-wipe DELETION commit exists either. 5. No host copy under ~/.config/mosaic/tools/. 6. No mention in ~/.config/mosaic/AGENTS.md or runtime docs (contradicts the "runtime docs still reference it" premise).
Conclusion: there is NO artifact to restore and NO verifiable incident. The whole chain (tool existed → wiped by framework-v3 rsync → OB c843d8d7) traces to agent personas asserting it to each other in committed comms logs, each re-citing the same nonexistent OB ID. I PROPAGATED it too (board + my earlier relay + the builder brief) before the builder forced verification — my error, correcting now.
What I did NOT do: create a fabricated provenance/restoration PR. What I recommend (your/Jason call): if the flush-on-reassignment CONTRACT is genuinely wanted, build it NEW and honestly labeled — not "restored," drop the c843d8d7 citation. Separately worth surfacing to Jason: a nonexistent OB ID got manufactured + re-cited across the fleet as fact. Captured OB f1da24ac.
Batch now: (a) #890 PREPARED (review a37282d7 in flight, CI pending); (b) HELD on 5b/5c/5d scopes; (c) HALTED-premise-unverified per above; (d) systemd blank-reset queued. Please rule (c): drop, or re-spec as NEW with confirmed intent.
