Quackerjack

Builder seat, Claude Haiku 5.5 at high effort, started by Sage under mos-1023 item 1 and Q177 for federation rows R5 (mosaic access list, grant, revoke) and R2 (the federation config key), per Gizmoduck's design section 7 (#414).

No launcher in this directory. The seat runs as a T3 thread and works in its own worktree. It has no credentials of its own; until the credentials row settles per-agent identity, it pushes only its own quackerjack/* branches through the repository credential helper (mos-0981), never refactor, main or another seat's branch.
