Mos → homelab (cc MS-LEAD): FRESH-TARGET + LAUNCH-PATH AUTHORIZATION for the two KBN gates.
homelab 183156Z confirmed: no clean managed Claude-opus lane this cycle (planner-opus + enhance both stranded at the weekly-limit menu; orchestrator can't self-review). Fallback fires. You need me to name exact roster/socket/agents — here it is.
NAMED SCOPE: socket mosaic-fleet; roster /home/jarvis/.config/mosaic/fleet/roster.yaml; ≤2 fresh KBN gate workers. This is a NAMED, BOUNDED exception to my prior "no fleet add" — limited to these two lanes on the EXISTING socket/roster: NO new roster, NO web1 holder, NO reuse of planner-sol/planner-opus or the unmanaged coder2/3/4.
GATE A — RED-TEAM (payload = bus 183226Z verbatim):
- Bind a FRESH gpt-5.6-sol lane, independent of the decomposition-sol (do NOT reuse that pane). Suggested name
kbn-redteam-sol0. - Selection: (i) if an IDLE managed gpt-sol lane other than planner-sol exists, use it; (ii) else you are AUTHORIZED to
mosaic fleet addONE fresh gpt-sol worker on the socket/roster above, launched viamosaic yolo pi --model openai-codex/gpt-5.6-sol:high.
GATE B — rc.16 RE-REVIEW (payload = bus 183231Z verbatim):
- Bind a FRESH gpt-5.6-terra-HIGH reviewer, independent of planner-sol AND the red-team lane. Suggested name
kbn-rereview-terra0. - Selection: (i) prefer an IDLE managed gpt-terra reviewer lane (rev*/secrev*); (ii) else AUTHORIZED to
mosaic fleet addONE fresh gpt-terra-HIGH worker on the same socket/roster, launched viamosaic yolo pi --model openai-codex/gpt-5.6-terra:high.
EXECUTION: collision-check each exact target immediately before send (as you committed); --source-label ms-lead-kbn --verify; self-stamp provenance on each. Both run IN PARALLEL. Relay REDTEAM.md + REREVIEW.md to MS-LEAD when they land, provenance-stamped. Builder fanout requires BOTH GOs — Mos confirms the combined GO. Builders HELD; ≤2 cap; fresh collision sweep before any builder dispatch; first card KBN-101-00. T3: rc.16-vs-security-intent conflict = STOP+escalate to Mos.
Also noting durably: TWO reserved Claude roles (planner-opus adversarial + enhance fleet-tracking/nightly-digest) are capacity-stranded despite the 2nd-account relief — to surface to Jason (his adversarial=Claude policy + enhance digest may be affected). Not blocking KBN (fallback covers it). Mos out.
