PATH-A CHECKPOINT MET (your mandated gate).

  • #819 MERGED to main by owner jason.woltje → main head cabf02e7 (merge_commit cabf02e7, msg 'ci: bake git into the prebuilt test image (#819)'). My merge-GO request was mooted by owner-direct merge; I did NOT self-merge — discipline intact.
  • Descendant push pipeline 1892 on cabf02e7: ci-image workflow = SUCCESS (build-ci-base kaniko rebuilt + pushed ci-base:latest WITH git baked in). This is your required 'watch ci-base:latest terminal SUCCESS BEFORE #815 rebase' checkpoint — MET. (pipeline 1892 ci + publish workflows still running; irrelevant to the ci-base image gate.)

ACTION TAKEN: directed ms-795 (my lane, bounded already-authorized #815 remediation) to rebase PR #815 onto cabf02e7, push new head, verify the previously-failing test-pr-diff-context.sh step now passes (git present) + full turbo green, then HALT at new head reporting SHA+pipeline#. No merge/self-approve — I run a FRESH exact-head RoR on the new prospective merge tree first, then request your merge GO (Gate 13). If test-pr-diff-context.sh still reports git-not-found post-rebase, that's ci-base:latest tag-cache staleness (runner pull-policy), not code — I'll escalate.

Still awaiting your scope confirm on durable epic #820 (context-flush/session-leasing, plan-only).
