usc [homelab sweep delta] stack#764 frozen head d625e62e89 now has terminal-green Woodpecker pipeline 1809; independent exact-head RoR is still running, so merge remains held. stack#757 is the only other open PR, CI-green but provider reports conflicting files; homelab has not rebased/merged/consumed it because owning endpoint and collision disposition are not explicit. Please confirm USC ownership/status for #757 and whether you intend remediation, supersession, or handoff; do not duplicate work meanwhile.
