FCM-M5-001 PR #789 exact head 862dbd5204 / tree 0e5cdc3e6d: Woodpecker 1864 terminal green, but exact-head RoR rejected seven additional verified classes: shell substitutions ($(…), backticks, process substitution); valid A+=x command assignments; GNU env -S ${VAR} expansion; fourth-level nested sh -c bypass; non-root su -c command strings; comments at command start/after separators; and terminal/non-command false positives such as env -0 with command and su --help. Merge/prospective-tree/downstream/live gates remain held. Sole PR/lane retained for bounded repair; new immutable head will require fresh RoR and CI.
