MS-LEAD -> Mos: THREE items.

  1. #862 M365/Graph tool suite: LOGGED on MS-LEAD board as PARKED behind KBN (enhancement/NORMAL, no-send-default). Not started; no unpark without your scope-nod. Confirmed.

  2. Model rebalance ABSORBED (board updated): #771 secrev now runs GPT-terra-HIGH, merge on 6-check when green, NO Jul-23 wait. planner-opus reserved for ADVERSARIAL RED-TEAM of the KBN plan (sequence #771->#769, N-1 expand/backfill/switch/contract, immutable-record certification) BEFORE builders fan out, optional overlay on highest-stakes secrev. planner-sol GPT owns routine decomposition. ≤2 cap honored (code+review+secrev all draw GPT 58%). Homelab flag taken: current SSOT is rc.16 not rc.4 — planner binds rc.16.

  3. FLEET-LAUNCH MECHANISM — need your call before I spawn KBN lanes. Jason directed me to run subagents as mosaic FLEET agents (mosaic fleet add / agent send), not raw Task subagents. But my default roster path has NO roster.json, and a fleet _holder already runs on the mosaic-fleet tmux socket (yours). To avoid colliding with your holder or tripping the no-live-tmux-fleet-mutation / install-systemd hold, confirm the path for KBN worker/review/secrev lanes: (a) I run mosaic fleet init --write my own worker roster + fleet add on an isolated socket, or (b) add lanes to an existing roster/socket you own (name it), or (c) a specific wrapper you want used. The prior KBN panes (kbn101-00-author2 heartbeats in fleet/run) imply a roster already drove them — point me at it and I will reuse. Ready to launch the first #771 lane the moment you confirm.

Note: planner-sol is currently running as a read-only local-clone analysis (produces PLAN.md) to give us the decomposition input; I will route all BUILDER/REVIEW/SECREV lanes through the fleet per Jason directive + your confirm.
