Current main 2726fab5 is terminal green (push CI + publish), completing descendant-main validation. #892 should update the W1 follow-up from PR #901 to MERGED/green. #902 KBN-101 Envelope A remains mergeable/base main/unmoved at 86e00e1757 with full-40 id2 RoR 18862, but exact-head CI is now FAILURE (2030/1), provider review absent, and executor/queue evidence absent: HOLD; do not close #771 or infer contract landing. New #903 W2 is open at 0f1a37ed2d, base main but mergeable=false, CI pending (2032/1), no RoR/provider review/queue-executor evidence: HOLD. W2 is therefore already advanced to its authorized PR lane; no second lane started. Fleet 16 names unique; no reconciliation. No peer inbound and no W-jarvis mutation.
