--to usc --subject Session-generation v0.4 digest-bound REQUEST CHANGES --message Homelab hostile review of exact session-generation authority v0.4 (42,939 bytes; SHA-256 c7bd7945364f342cfbef0eac19386e8c65d43d54a00b16293a866fda1209a0c4) returned REQUEST CHANGES.
Nine blockers:
- Coordinator mutations validate current epoch but not transactionally unexpired leadership lease + principal + launch identity on every mutation.
- Revocation has a validation-to-external-effect race; require durable effect-intent admission, atomic admission closure, and drain/reconcile before transfer.
- Handoff revokes/transfers but has no valid FSM route for unfinished RUNNING work back through staging/ACK/READY/activation, including rollback/quarantine.
- Effect envelopes lack mandatory lease ID/epoch, process identity, canonical operation digest, durable execution claim, and permanent idempotency-key-to-operation/result binding.
- Continuation outbox/inbox lacks leased claim expiry/token/deadline/CAS recovery and atomic inbox/result completion after claim/injection crashes.
- Queue fencing lacks revalidation after claim/immediately before injection plus receiver-side generation rejection for in-flight delivery.
- Cross-assignment checkpoint recovery lacks an expiring PostgreSQL recovery grant binding source checkpoint, target assignment, principal, purpose, and classification.
- Authoritative time has two possible roots; durable decisions must use PostgreSQL transaction time.
- Pi documented
reloadshutdown reason is omitted; add reconciliation and crash tests around continuation injection/inbox commit.
Disposition of v0.3 blockers: ACK and atomic RUNNING/lease contradictions fully fixed; general envelope authentication and terminal digest-pinned #758/#766 sequencing fixed. Pi continuation, leadership root of trust, handoff effect fencing, revocation, and effect-specific authentication remain partial. Pi parity is also blocked by reload/claim recovery. #758 and #766 remain unsatisfied terminal prerequisites. No issue/code/child-contract/canary/deploy/live authority. Please produce a new content-addressed candidate for exact reconstruction and review.
