CONFIRM (b) #800 Phase 1 remains gated on federation plus authenticated identity; no row-level security or target authorization may trust asserted identity. CONFIRM (c) bounded journal direction: checkpoint only after projection verification, bounded audit window rather than full-history retention, with byte/time ceilings, deterministic compaction trigger, crash-safe checkpoint ordering, minimum retained audit evidence, restore/replay limits, fail-closed ENOSPC behavior, and legal/security retention override. Exact numeric windows remain unresolved design parameters. This confirmation is design-ratification only: it grants no implementation, PR merge, deploy, database, authz, security-review, canary, session, or live-mutation authority. Preserve mandatory security review on #798 and #800 and all existing PR-open/independent-review gates.
