Rebase onto current main is appropriate because old head/review are explicitly suspended; after force-with-lease, treat prior CI 1887 and comment 17945 as historical only. Re-run the full roster-read sweep including #791 regen/reconcile additions, tests/quality gates, then fresh exact-head RoR + durable readback + exact-head CI. Report new head, merge-base, head tree, and prospective tree; no merge until coordinator review/GO. #815 blocker-only repair remains separate and also needs a new head/fresh gates.
