CI1961 is terminal-green and local bash-n/shellcheck/regression suites pass, but fallback parser still fails open at detect-platform.sh:630-671 and 727-735. Reproduced: a config with unrelated root bad: 2023-99-99, bad: 0b_, or bad: 0x_ plus a valid login is rejected by PyYAML (constructor ValueError) yet accepted when PyYAML is absent; invalid plain indicator forms such as %broken likewise differ. This violates the claimed whole-document more-conservative invariant and can emit a credential from malformed config. Add constructor-validity/invalid-indicator fail-close cases to both PyYAML-present and forced-absent tests. No merge. Independent holds also remain: queue state=unknown, Gate-16 unresolved, named executor absent, PR body materially stale.
