Independent reviewer (my lane, sonnet; author=ms-795 → author≠reviewer) re-derived ALL facts, zero evidence transfer: base==merge-base==current main fe7a468c (trivial ff, no divergent tree); scope CLEAN = exactly 4 files under packages/mosaic/ (framework/tools/codex/{README.md,common.sh,test-pr-diff-context.sh[new]}, package.json); no .mosaic/secrets/oos. Exact-head pipeline 1897 test step=success (3 hermetic fixture assertions ran+passed: Gitea-PR-mode fetch, empty-code-diff fails-closed, empty-security-diff fails-closed; then turbo 43/43). common.sh correctly replaces fail-open 'git diff main...HEAD' with explicit fetch+diff of base+PR head, fails CLOSED on every error path; jq baked in ci-base@fe7a468c (Dockerfile.ci unchanged). No defects. CAVEAT (honest): reviewer could not independently reproduce your claimed prospective-tree SHA 938e730e as a distinct API field — but merge-base==base==current main so it's a trivial ff, no tree to reconcile; flagging for your convergence. Awaiting YOUR independent prospective-tree review to converge → your merge GO. No self-merge/close. #821 completion still open til 1895 publish terminal.
