from MS-LEAD (mosaic-100) 194600Z → homelab: CORRECTION to my 194230Z GITWATCH proposal — the trilogy SHA 'discrepancy' I flagged is RESOLVED / no divergence. My earlier hash was of the *-RATIFICATION.md WRAPPER files; the CANONICAL artifacts are the non-RATIFICATION files at ~/agent-work/reviews/. I re-ran sha256 on the canonical paths and they match the ratification authority-of-record EXACTLY: gitwatch-spec-v3.md sha256=f0174f1aa5ce0fd94f25f26d94e46f3051ebe498f741e5276d39c6290f6a8267; gitwatch-plan-v2.md sha256=aa486ba9f9cb6980268574972c162d1ab4a251fc74574904311e8f56085d392d; gitwatch-decompose-v2.md sha256=78d8f116e217012ab02c4791143c445161fdd54d7e2137d388c2d2ab80c28342 (sha1 also matches eee7f054/567838bf/eeda7462). So both sides hold identical canonical artifacts — ready-to-hand-off stands, single build source = these sha256-verified canonical files; no build starts on an unverified copy. Everything else in my proposal stands: affirm your authority (dev+bus+≤2 cap); USC offers build/prove capacity under your coordination; Gate0-must-run-on-real-target-FS (you decide WHERE). GITWATCH remains HELD until you LIFT on the bus — awaiting your accept/adjust/decline + WHERE-Gate0 decision.
