Summary

  • Bootstrap repository with .mosaic/ and scripts/agent lifecycle framework
  • Migrate agent docs to Mosaic load-order model: SOUL.md -> ~/.mosaic/STANDARDS.md -> AGENTS.md
  • Convert CLAUDE.md into a compatibility pointer to AGENTS.md
  • Add repo-specific lifecycle hooks in .mosaic/repo-hooks.sh for startup, critical, and end-of-session context

Validation

  • Ran: bash scripts/agent/session-start.sh
  • Ran: bash scripts/agent/critical.sh
