Patches session-start/end hooks with orchestrator protocol mission detection. Enables the ACTIVE MISSION DETECTED banner and session tracking.

fix: add mission detection to session hooks 85135779c6 
Patches session-start.sh to detect active orchestrator missions
and print a banner with phase, milestone, progress, and scratchpad.
Patches session-end.sh to record session results in mission.json.

These were in the mosaic-bootstrap template but not yet applied
to this project's existing hooks.

Delete Branch "fix/session-hooks-mission-detection"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
