48cbd0e29e test(web): add unit tests for WidgetPicker, WidgetConfigDialog, KnowledgeEditor (#491) 
Add test coverage for new MS18 components: WidgetPicker (9 tests),
WidgetConfigDialog (7 tests), KnowledgeEditor (4 tests). Total web
test count increases from 1175 to 1195.
