Stack: TypeScript, openclaw/plugin-sdk, OpenBrain REST
docs(PRD): remove hardcoded instance URLs — plugin must be user-configured e25fb43421 
No hardcoded brain.woltje.com or any specific host.
baseUrl + apiKey required; missing = OpenBrainConfigError at bootstrap.
