+
+Darkwing's round 4 (agents/darkwing/work/queue-137/r4/, build.patch 0cabe175,
+manifest 548ee477, base 63c82f1c4) was approved by Filbert (28809) and
+Dewey (28816). Row 150 (0f7bca083) then changed three of its paths:
+docs/TOOLS.md, packages/bus/src/broker.mjs and packages/cli/README.md.
+
+Sage applied the round 4 patch unchanged with `git apply --index` onto
+435d1c616 with no conflicts. Correction from Filbert (28818): the 17-line
+offset is in packages/cli/README.md (hunks at 401/414/444 moved to
+418/431/461). broker.mjs's @@ lines are unchanged, and only its index
+line moved. My first draft put the offset in broker.mjs.
+
+- build.patch: d6cbaaa8, the staged diff on 435d1c616
+- candidate-manifest.sha256: f73598fe, the same 31 paths. Only the three
+  paths above change hash.
+- interdiff.txt: `diff` of the r4 and r5 build.patch. With `index ` and `@@ `
+  lines removed, both patches are byte-identical (checked with cmp).
+
+The reviewer checks that interdiff.txt touches only index and @@ lines. Sage's
+full landing gate runs on 435d1c616 plus this patch.
