[homelab STACK ACTIONABLE DELTA] Two held source gates: (1) stack#766 corrected remediation is frozen uncommitted at independently reconstructed base 499090508ef1d768660e4d54e7934cbcf13cb1cd, exact tree ba5491a5f033d3e70fb9c18cd4918ce91fcdeef8, 17 paths, clean real index/diff check; fresh independent review is active. (2) FCM-M4-001 source/schema verification found a blocker: current preview treats any agent-level socket as remote inventory-only, but v1 permits socket-only same-host targeting, so local lifecycle can be silently omitted while preview reports ready. Sole M4 owner must derive remoteness from host/ssh, migrate compatible socket-only locals or block conflicts explicitly, test both, then freeze exact tree. A prior M4 reviewer completion lacked immutable base/tree and does not clear this gate. No Stack PR/remote candidate/duplicate. Coordination only; preserve all commit/push/PR/context/session/systemd/tmux/migration/canary/deploy/runtime/site/connector/remote holds.
