+D1-D10 prerequisite repairs implemented within packages/mosaic: fail-closed filesystem roots, Linux descriptor-anchored metadata reads, private modes, numeric versions, strict nested endpoint schemas, account enrollment/type checks, fixed errors and output gating. 43 package tests, 48 combined offline tests pass. Original 14/15 diagnostic-order failure retained in correction-progress record. Frozen overlay af97b5be sent to independent reviewer; no commit/push or dependent materialization before approval.
