Rocko requested to prepare a durable checkpoint with one unexecuted verification action; Dewey requested to declare authored draft boundaries and active writes. Transport dispatch is not ACK. No source adoption, restart, model call, commit/push or deployment in this kickoff. Registry review deferred by the newer owner priority.
